We loved staying here. The flat was one of the best we have ever stayed in. Squeaky clean and with so many amenities. Easy check in and great clear instructions for everything. A very short walk to the seafront and a great little shop. We would love to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at David and Tia’s place, great Airbnb with all the amenities required and a well-equipped kitchen perfect for cooking. Short walk to the beach, and to local eateries as well as fantastic views over the Old Racecourse. Would definitely recommend! Spotless furniture & linens, free of clutter, pristine kitchen and looked like the photos!

Perfect location in Ayr, with spacious rooms for a travelling family. Very modern and well appointed common area and kitchen area - very clean as well. Fantastic view from the main windows. Washing machine and dishwasher were put to good use and helpful for travellers!

Perfect base for exploring Ayrshire and Scotland in general. Close to the beach, town, arcade, restaurants, fields, golf...list goes on. The apartment itself has stunning views and huge high ceiling rooms. Only downside would be the stairs if you are less able, but not an issue for us. The owners are really amenable and on hand for any questions or issues via WhatsApp, phone or email. This was our second time here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

We got a super deal for our two nights on this beautiful high ceilinged apartment. The lounge was showcase with wide open views across to the golf course. Stunning. The proportions were super too with a large luxury lounge. We had more questions than usual somehow for this stay but Tia was so patient and responsive with us. We greatly appreciated that. They were also incredibly flexible with an early check in, and even mega helpful after we left returning a left item back to a family member. The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable. All the facilities that you could possibly need for your stay were available. The location was perfect for the seafront and just a short distance from the town centre. It was very easy to communicate with the hosts who did everything possible to ensure a smooth visit.

+ I liked that is was close to the beach which was in walking distance. The property was amazing, it has everything you need and more .it was clean and warm when required. The view from the lounge window was great. You could just sit relax and read your book while watching the dog walkers and children playing in the massive park.
